About Us
Welcome to Itsy Bitsy Veggie Co., your go-to source for fresh, nutrient-packed microgreens! Established in 2023 and proudly rooted in Willowick, Ohio, we are a woman-owned, family-operated farm passionate about growing greens that inspire healthy living.
Our mission is simple: to provide the highest quality microgreens that not only taste amazing but also boost your health. Whether you’re a chef looking to elevate your dishes or a home cook seeking a nutritious edge, our microgreens are here to serve you.
At Itsy Bitsy Veggie Co., sustainability is at the heart of what we do. From our eco-friendly grow kits to our commitment to reducing food waste, we strive to make a positive impact on both your plate and the planet.
We offer a diverse selection of microgreens, including broccoli, sunflower, radish, kale, and many more, each grown with care and attention to detail. Our products are perfect for adding flavor, texture, and nutrients to any meal.
We grow in a designated grow space in our basement, complete with poly sheeting, dehumidifiers, fans, and an air purifier. Utilizing vertical farming techniques, we maximize production in a 10x14 foot space, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Beyond growing microgreens, we love connecting with our community. You’ll often find us at local farmers markets, craft shows, and pop-up events in our area, sharing tips and recipes, and helping others discover the joy of microgreens. We also proudly partner with local restaurants and are currently featured in 7 restaurants and 2 retail stores. We’re proud to support events like the Willoughby Farmers Market and collaborate with local organizations to spread awareness about healthy eating.

As Seen On
We’ve been so grateful for the opportunities to share our story with a wider audience over the past couple of years. What started as a small idea in our basement has continued to grow, and it’s been such a joy to see that story featured by some incredible local outlets.
This past year, I had the chance to sit down with Natalie Herbeck on FOX 8’s New Day Cleveland — not once, but twice!
During our first visit, Natalie and I talked about how Itsy Bitsy Veggie Co. began, what microgreens are, and how they can easily be added into everyday meals. On our second visit, Elijah joined me on set, showing off his pet grass kits and sharing a little about how kids can have fun growing, too. Watching him light up on TV was such a proud mom moment!
You can check out our New Day Cleveland segments here:
- Watch our first New Day Cleveland appearance
- Watch our latest segment featuring Elijah’s pet grass kits
Both segments captured what Itsy Bitsy Veggie Co. is all about—family, community, and a love for growing healthy, delicious greens.
